Who couldn’t use a little pick me up, even on the best day? The USO realizes this and understands that it is important to support both our service members and their families.
At USO New England we offer a number of programs and events that support and foster emotional well-being and wellness within the family unit.
For those far from home – or about to leave for a length of time – it’s about staying connected. To bridge that gap, and help shorten the distance, we offer pre and post deployment recreational opportunities, such as the Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program - where deploying service members can record themselves reading a favorite story to their child, and provide special events all around New England.
