USO Support Information and Guidelines

  1. A USO Request Form must be completed and on file for all support requests. The form can be found at forms.office.com/r/UnXUpzhmn8.

  2. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and support events. If volunteers are unable to attend in-person, the USO can still provide items as well as unstaffed support.

  3. Though our team is eager to assist many events and programs, we are not able to meet every request. Submission of a request does not guarantee our ability to provide support. In determining event and program requests, we ask that you submit your request form at least 45 days in advance. Requests submitted under the 45-day mark will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All requests will either be approved or denied within 96 hours of submission.

Please note food and beverage only requests are approved on a limited case-by-case basis

Unstaffed Support The USO is staff led and volunteer supported. While we would love to be at every event, it is not always possible. To remedy this, we are introducing unstaffed support for your events and programs. We have items that you can check out to support your needs. Email us for inventory and availability. Items are on a first-come-first-serve basis. You must have a valid photo ID and you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off the items. Please indicate on the USO Request Form days and times for checking out and in items. Items may be checked out up to two days prior and must be returned within one business day post-event. All items are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were received.
