USO Hiking Program: Wellness on the Trail Location: Borderland State Park 259 Massapoag Ave, North Easton, MA 02356 Date & Time: November 23rd @ 10am Hosted by: USO New England Join us for a rejuvenating hike along the scenic trails of the Borderland State Park, designed to promote physical wellness, emotional balance, and community connection. This guided hike is open to all service members and their families, offering a peaceful escape into nature with supportive resources along the way. Program Highlights: Guided Nature Hike: Explore a beautiful portion of the Borderland, known for its tranquil views and gentle terrain suitable for all experience levels. Therapy Dogs on the Trail: Certified therapy dogs will accompany the group, offering comfort, companionship, and a few tail wags to brighten your day. On-Site Support: A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will be available throughout the hike for anyone who wishes to talk privately about work, life, or personal challenges in a relaxed, natural setting. Refreshments Provided: Light snacks and Coffee will be available after the hike. Whether you’re looking to unwind, connect with others, or simply enjoy the outdoors, this hike is a great way to recharge and reflect. What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a water bottle. Trail Information: Borderland Loop 4 Miles est Loop Trail Easy 2-2.5hrs USO to cover cost of parking.
