The USO’s EmPaCt program is a family connection event which brings together a small group of families to connect over shared experiences, engage in problem-solving activities, and flip the tradition family dynamic, empowering military kids to help lead their family experiences. We teamed up with Hanscom Middle School and presenting sponsor Raytheon for our very first EmPaCt event – a Super Bowl Tailgate themed dinner!
It was an inspiring evening watching our guests discuss their challenges as military families, watching them work together to find solutions and share their experiences with each other, and seeing first-hand the resiliency of our military kids. After all, military kids are heroes, too!
We were proud to bring this meaningful USO program to our region and are looking forward to bringing the program back to Hanscom and to other regions. Thank you to all who attended for sharing your time and experiences with us, and to Raytheon for making the evening possible!
