A perennial favorite, the USO once again celebrated Halloween and the festive fall season with their annual Harvest Happenings event. Over 300 military members and their families joined the USO for an evening of spooky fun, treats, and prizes aboard the USS CONSTITUTION and inside the USS CONSTITUTION museum!
